Model 1106-PEEK Super Air Nozzle Manufacturers have used this new Exair air nozzle to blow off scrap from vinyl and rubber parts involved in rotary die cutting applications. It’s designed for use in blow-off, cooling, part ejection and drying applications.

Benefits Damage-free removal of scrap from parts. The nozzle leaves no blemishes on parts, making it ideal for blowing off sensitive parts, like those used in molds. Because it’s made of polyetheretherketone (PEEK), it’s resistant to harsh chemicals and can withstand temperatures of up to 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, it provides more force than several of Exair’s smaller Super Air Nozzles operating together.
